Irazú Volcano, Lankaster Gardens and Orosi Valley
Duration: 8 hrs. approx. Unbelievable vistas open up at every turn as you ascend Irazú Volcano. At the top, you can peer into its massive crater and walk along the moon-like landscape, where on a clear day you can actually see both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans! Poás Volcano National Park
Duration: 5hrs. approx. The Poás Volcano is one of the word´s largest geysers with an awesome crater, over 1.5 km. wide! The Volcano is active, but completely safe for viewing. This tour begins with a beautiful drive through the lush coffee plantations and flower farms of the area. In addition to the volcano the Poás Park is a 9.884 acre preserve with rich tropical vegetation and animal life.
